I have been an educator for 9 years with 5 years being in the Conroe Independent School district. It is my divine belief that every student has the ability to achieve success and overcome barriers that may be academic, career, or social/emotional concern. In order to meet the needs of all students, we must review, reflect, and reform our ideas of thinking, values, and beliefs. We must ensure that I, as the school counselor, teachers, administrators, and the community are doing “whatever it takes” to meet the goals of the program effectively and efficiently for our students.
My school counseling program enables a dynamic collaboration between the staff and the community members in order to help our students surpass daily challenges and soar to new heights through various direct and indirect programs, interventions, activities, and services. I strongly support the famous quote, “It takes a village to raise a child”.
With the support of the administration team, teachers, and the community service providers, my school counseling program offers, but is not limited to, our students receiving individual/small group counseling, lunch bunch groups, peer mediation, classroom guidance lessons, parent/child conferences, bullying prevention, conflict resolution and many others.
The mission of the Bradley Elementary School counseling program is to empower and promote positive and continuous growth in all students in all areas of academic, personal, social/emotional, and career development in order to impact, create, sustain them as life-long learners for multiple generations to come.

To teach students the decision-making/problem solving process
To encourage students to recognize, understand, and work through learning differences
To give students an opportunity to talk about educational and personal/social concerns
