The Conroe ISD Purchasing Department’s mission is to support the District’s “Commitment to Excellence” by managing the procurement process to continuously serve the needs of our students, educators, and administrators.

Our goal is to secure the right products and services at the best value, serve our employees and vendors as an approachable resource, and observe all applicable laws, rules, and regulations set forth by the Conroe ISD School Board, the State of Texas, the Texas Education Agency, and the United States Government.

Vendors interested in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) must register through the CISD web-based eBid system. This system:

• Automatically notifies registered vendors of applicable bid opportunities

• Allows vendors to view and submit bids electronically

• Is free to use—no fees are charged for registration or participation

Please note:
Registration does not constitute approval as a CISD vendor. It only enables participation in current bidding opportunities. To become an awarded vendor, you must be:

• Awarded through a CISD bid, or

• Awarded via a cooperative contract in which CISD is a member

The Conroe ISD Central Warehouse’s mission to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of all district materials.

The CISD warehouse is responsible for verifying, receiving and delivering items ordered on district purchase orders shipped to the central warehouse.

We carry various inventory items such as copy paper, disinfecting supplies, custodial supplies, etc., which may be ordered via the Finance Plus system.
